Winners at the chili and soup cook off at Village North were Erica and Tony Cole, Jean Decamp, Gary Tate, Angela Green-Davis and Lois Miller. The chili and soup cook off was organized by the nursing staff at Village North Retirement Community and raised $127.00 for the Heart Walk. First, second and third prizes were awarded in both the chili and soup categories. Judges for the 13 contestants were Lori McLennan, Ed Long, Mary Beth St. John and Shelley Moses.
